91springboard - India's largest Coworking community is organising a 'Free Coworking Week for Women', between 5th to the 10th of March across all the 15 hubs. By this initiative the company wants to open its doors to women entrepreneurs, freelancers, and business owners who can avail every service offered by 91springboard without any charge. They also plan to host events under the 'Women Entrepreneur League', which aims to create a community where women entrepreneurs can learn, motivate and inspire one another to achieve their business ambitions.

On the occassion of women's day, Companies like Google are using their mobile platform to feature games and apps by women developers. The page of Google play states celebrating women who inspire us. The firms wants to highlight the work done by their female app developers, games created by women, and games with strong female lead. Apart from this they will also leverage YouTube to give a behind-the-scenes look at their channel with a selected group of women creators.
Air India: 'All female crew flight'
Recently Air India flagged off a all women crew flight between Kolkata and Dimapur to celebrate Women's Day. This is an annual initiative done by Air India every year to celebrate this day dedicated to women. The airline also states that it created a world record in 2017 by operating the longest ever all female crew flight between Delhi and San Francisco. They also plan to organise creative and cultural events to celebrate this day.
Goomo: 'Join the Sisterhood'
This year travel companies like Goomo have come up with a unique initiative called 'Join the Sisterhood' whereby they are organizing specially curated tours to the villages of Jodhpur and Pondichersecan where travelers can meet and enable the cause of rural women entrepreneurs in these areas. It has also joined hands with several leading local businesses that have been working towards empowering women and generating employment and micro-entrepreneurship opportunities in these areas.
Travkart: 'Dignity Kits'
Travkart, the comprehensive travel service portal from Holidays by Sahibji Private Limited one of the fastest growing online travel companies in India, marked the occasion of International Women's Day by distributing 'Dignity Kits' to underprivileged women in New Delhi. The initiative, conducted in partnership with Uday Foundation, involved the distribution of Dignity Kits - containing sanitary and hygiene products for women - to the underprivileged women who come to AIIMS for treatments and were residing in the dharamshalas near the hospital.
Avanse: 'Special Education Loan'
Avanse one of the leading education finance company took a initiative to offer discount in their existing education loan for girl students. This initiative is to inspire girls who aspire to pursue higher education and build a strong future. The discount includes the benefit in the repayment tenure with 25 percent discount on processing fee and a one percent reduction on Rate of Interest. Their main objective is to provide quality education affordable to deserving students who can avail this discount from March 8' 2018 till the end of the month.
