A source told the Mirror that Major was three-and-a-half months pregnant with her second child with Lohan.
Lohan's girlfriend is currently serving an eight-month sentence in prison after she violated her probation earlier this year.
A source explained that the 31-year-old reporter was considered a high risk pregnancy because of her history of seizures and she was not receiving the proper medication in jail.
