Lines between art and commercial cinema have 'blurred' now, says Ayushmann Khurrana

Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana, who was most recently spotted at 2015 edition of Jagran Film Festival in National Capital, revealed his love for Indian cinema.

When asked what would be choose between art and commercial cinema, the 'Vicky Donor' star told ANI, "I love Indian cinema, be it commercial or art cinema and the best part is the lines between the two have blurred because every kind of cinema is working now."

The 30-year-old actor continued that Indian cinema is going through a very interesting phase right now where every kind of movie has found their space.

Giving his nod to international or national film festivals, he also shed light on their importance saying that yes, concept based movies who do not get screens do need festivals as the word of mouth emanates from festivals.

 

Ayushmann, who was last seen in critically acclaimed 'Dum Laga Ke Haisha', will next be seen in Shoojit Sarcar's 'Agra Ka Daabra'. (ANI)
