Lionsgate push Liam Neeson's 'The Commuter' to early 2018

If you are a fan of Liam Neeson, we have got some bad news for you.

Lionsgate has pushed the Liam Neeson starrer 'The Commuter' to an early 2018 release, reports The Hollywood Reporter.

The studio announced that crime-action movie is moving from its previously announced release date of October 13, 2017 to January 12, 2018.

'The Commuter,' written by Philip de Blasi and Byron Willinger, sees Neeson playing an insurance salesman in the midst of his daily commute, is forced by a mysterious stranger to uncover the identity of a passenger before the train's last stop.

This is the fourth collaboration between Neeson and director Jaume Collet-Serra, after 'Unknown', 'Non-Stop' and 'Run All Night'.

 

The film also stars Patrick Wilson, Vera Farmiga and Jonathan Banks.
