Liverpool has missed a chance to tighten their grip on the fourth place in the Premier League following their 1-1 draw with West Bromwich Albion away at The Hawthorns on Sunday.
Only goal difference was keeping West Brom out of the bottom three before the game but an inspired second-half performance will give them hope of securing Premier League survival and a last Champions League spot, with Liverpool hanging on for a point in the end of the game.
According to the BBC, the visitors were pout ahead after Daniel Sturridge tapped in a Luis Suarez cross, although West Brom were rewarded for their efforts when Kolo Toure's poor pass found host striker Victor Anichebe and he drilled in a low shot.
Liverpool had kept only one clean sheet in 10 away games prior to this match, the report added.
