The 24-year-old singer looked dapper in black jeans and an Adidas sweatshirt while the 20-year-old actress sported a short leather skirt, white crop top and gray sweater-coat, E! Online reports.
Earlier, the duo was spotted at Hollywood hot spot Millions of Milkshakes, and at an ice cream parlor in Chicago.
An onlooker revealed that the 'Night Changes' hit-maker was seen with Campbell and had his arms around her and that they both looked really 'cute'.
An insider disclosed that they looked 'super happy' together and engaged in a little PDA while shopping together in Hinsdale near Chicago.
