Its official! Luke Bryan and Lionel Riche would be joining Katy Perry as the panel judges for the upcoming 'American Idol' reboot.
The singers took to the social media to announce that they would be appearing as judges for one of the most popular singing talent shows in America.
Country singer Bryan confirmed on Twitter to his followers that he would be joining the pop princess as well as his hero Riche as judge.
He posted a short video which was captioned, "It's official."

Five-time Grammy-winning singer Riche also announced the exciting news to his fans on his official account.
"HELLO @AmericanIdol! Excited to announce that I will be on the judges panel w/ @katyperry @LukeBryanOnline & host @RyanSeacrest #TheNextIdol," the legendary R&B musician tweeted, along with his photo with the 'American Idol' logo.

Additionally, Ryan Seacrest is returning for the new season to host once again.
Season 16 of 'American Idol' is slated to premiere on ABC in early March.
