The 56-year-old singer, who tied the knot with Penn on 1985, captioned her sultry snapshot "It's almost our birthdays", Us Magazine reported.
The duo's black and white photo, which was taken back in 1988, shows the 54-year-old actor kissing the singer on the cheek while she tilts her head backward.
