Seems like Madonna's plan to release her new single 'Bitch, I'm Madonna' on Tidal didn't work out as she thought, as the singer was fiercely criticised by fans when they faced streaming problem.

The video for the 56-year-old singer's new single was released on Tidal 24 hours before it was planned to release on other platforms but the problems began immediately with error messages and screen freezing happening so frequently that the company had to issue an apology, reported Stuff.co.nz.

But once it started operating smoothly, the video offered the 'Hung Up' hit-maker strutting and dancing down a hotel hallway in leopard print.

Tidal, launched in March is a streaming service by the industry's big names that holds the motto of "for the artists by the artists." But ever since its launch the numbers of subscribers have been very low as the cost of subscribing is relatively high.
