Madonna and Sean Penn are reportedly close even after 20 years of being divorced.
The 55-year-old singer and her son with Guy Ritchie have set off for Haiti together to support Penn's J/P Haitian Relief Organization, the New York Post reported.
The '4 Minutes' hitmaker has also been posting pics of her trip on Instagram, as she surveys relief efforts by the 53-year-old actor's organization and others.
