In what could be a possible suicide attack, a major blast was reported on Tuesday near the Afghan Justice Ministry at Foroushgah in Kabul.
"Heavy blast in PD Kabul city, possible suicide attack," the Pajhwok Afghan News stated on Twitter.
The Indian ambassador to Afghanistan Amar Sinha, meanwhile, said that all Indians in the area are safe.
It was the second such suicide blast in the past three days.
At least two people were killed in the suicide bomb attack near the entrance of the international airport in Kabul on Sunday.
