Sarah Palin has said that she may be interested in running for the President of the United States in 2016 adding that it is time for the U.S. that it elects a female head of state.
According to the Independent, running mate of John McCain and the former governor of Alaska said in an unsuccessful 2008 presidential campaign also hinted that she may be running for the presidency.
Palin said that when there is an opportunity of putting oneself forward to offer service then anybody would be interested.
Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush and 2012 presidential nominee Mitt Romney are also considering running for the presidency.
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on the other side on the democratic front is receiving most of the attention.
