Man accused of hoisting Pakistan flag in Nalanda arrested

The Bihar Police on Thursday arrested the person accused of hoisting a Pakistan flag atop his house in Bihar's Nalanda district.

The local police came to know of the incident around 6 a.m. today when a caller informed them about a Pakistani flag at the top of a residential building in Nalanda's Kharadi Mohalla area.

A team of policemen immediately rushed to the spot and removed the flag.

According to reports, the hoisting of the Pakistan flag has angered people in Nalanda, which is Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's home district.

Anwarul Haq is the man who said to be behind installing Pakistan flag at his terrace.
