Manchester United has reportedly been given a key boost ahead of their January transfer window following a new kit deal with American giants Nike, worth 300 million pounds.
The package, which will triple the annual amount United currently receive from Nike, is the most lucrative of its sort in the world as it is double the 31 million pounds-a-year that Real Madrid currently pocket.
According to Metro.co.uk, the recent windfall, along with a shirt sponsorship deal with Chevrolet from next season, might free United's numerous debt problems and also provide additional funds for its January transfer window as the club will land more than 357 million pounds from now until 2021.
The Old Trafford club has a huge sales team, with an office set to open in New York next month to boost their growth in America, the report added.
