Manchester United continue to be in negotiations with Arsenal for the transfer of Chilean forward Alexis Sanchez who has reportedly agreed with the personal terms with the Red Devils.
The move which hinges on the potential swap deal of Armenian attacking midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan from the Manchester club is turning into a never-ending saga.
According to the Independent, Jose Mourinho, manager of Premier League club Manchester United, has offered Sanchez a contract that will keep the Chilean Winger at the club until 2022, while being paid a staggering £400,000 a week, making him one of the highest paid players in the English League.
They are also ready to pay his agents' fees of around £10m, which Manchester City and Chelsea refused to pay.
Among a few reasons that Arsenal favoured United's offer over City's was because Mkhitaryan was put forward as a replacement.
