The late American actress had worn the dangling silver earrings while attending the 1955 premiere of 'The Rose Tattoo' and have been bought by a collector as part of the Julien's Auctions Hollywood memorabilia sale in Beverly Hills, Contactmusic reported.

Other items at the sale include a lighter used by Humphrey Bogart, which went under the hammer for 19,200 dollars and a 1986 Pontiac Firebird formerly owned by Baywatch star David Hasselhoff, which was purchased for 152,600 dollars.
