Marilyn Monroe's rare pictures taken by her pal George Barris just three weeks before her death are about to get auctioned in London.
The late 'Some Like It Hot' star's last ever professional photographs that were initially taken for a book that the photographer was working on about the actress, but the tragedy intervened and he refused to publish them for 25 years, the Mirror reported.
The images of the star that will be auctioned in London includes Marilyn wrapped in a towel on a Californian beach, playing around in the surf, among others.
The eight chromogenic 10ins by 7ins prints are expected to sell for 1,000 euros each at Bloomsbury Auctions in London on June 4.
