Model Marisa Miller has been recently hit by a lawsuit by a tanning brand, Glissin for allegedly failing to complete their promotional work.
According to the company the 36-year-old former Victoria's Secret star was paid 1.8 million dollars by the tanning brand to become their spokesperson, promote the company and develop her own line of products, reported TMZ.com.
The model, who promised to do seven print ads, a behind-the-scenes video of a photo shoot and numerous media appearances, only came up with a 30 second video and a Facebook/Twitter post.
Sources say that the company is suing Miller and her management company that is run by her husband for all the cash they paid her and for the expenses the company had to bear during the failed deal.
