Singer Marvin Gaye's family have claimed that Robin Thicke has stolen two songs.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, in the latest legal papers, the Gayes have claimed that the 'Blurred Lines' singer has also committed copyright infringement on Gaye's 'After the Dance' to create his song 'Love After War'.

Gaye's family are also targeting music publisher EMI for "conflicts of interest".

Thicke had earlier filed a lawsuit claiming that his hit song 'Blurred Lines' wasn't stolen from Gaye's 'Got to Give It Up'.
