The Ministry of External Affairs on Friday appointed Param Jit Mann and A. Ajay Kumar as the next Ambassadors of India to the Slovak Republic and the Republic of Iraq respectively.
Anumula Gitesh Sarma was appointed as the next High Commissioner of India to the Republic of Fiji.
Kumar is currently the Counsellor in Embassy of India, Tehran, Mann the Joint Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs and Sarma the Ambassador of India to Uzbekistan.
Both are expected to take up their assignments shortly.
