The Ministry of External Affair (MEA) on Wednesday issued an advisory for students travelling to the United States of America, as there have been several instances of denial of entry by the US Immigration authorities to Indian students having valid student visas to pursue studies in two educational institutions, namely, the Silicon Valley University at San Jose and the Northwestern Polytechnic University, Freemont, California.
