Megan Fox has filed divorce with her actor husband Brian Austin Green and this was within 48 hours of announcing her separation with Green.
The 'Transformers' actress' attorney Laura Wasser stated that her client has filed divorce as the duo has irreconcilable differences and in order of this the actress is demanding for joint physical and legal custody of their two sons, TMZ.com reported.
Also, the couple's earnings in their 5-years of marriage will be divided in equal halves as their assets are almost co-mingled rather being separate, but possibly the actress will provide spousal support to his 42-year-old actor husband because of the disparity in income and also because the actor had medical problems.
Reportedly, the divorce will be very amicable as they will continue to live in the same house.
Notably, just hours after filling the divorce Green was spotted in L.A. with his wedding ring on, but refused to face camera or express his emotions.
