Melanie Brown aka Mel B has filed a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband Stephen Belafonte, claiming years of abuse.

According to the documents obtained by TMZ, the former Spice Girl accused her 41-year-old husband of beating and threatening her throughout their 10-year marriage.

The 41-year-old singer wrote in her filing that Belafonte is a "large, extremely aggressive, hostile and violent individual" who subjected her to "multiple physical beatings" throughout their relationship.

The 'America's Got Talent' and 'X Factor' judge was granted the restraining order and Belafonte was ordered to leave the family's Los Angeles home and to stay away from Brown and her three children - 18-year-old Phoenix, 10-year-old Angel and 5-year-old Madison.

Brown revealed that following her 'Dancing with the Stars' finale in November 2007, Belafonte allegedly choked and slammed her against the floor while she prepared for a TV appearance.

In July 2012, Brown said, he accused her of flirting with Usher while she taped a segment for 'X Factor' and punched her in the face with a closed fist, splitting her lip.

Brown stated that in August 2012, Belafonte punched and pushed her down after she performed with the Spice Girls at the London Olympics closing ceremonies. He then forced her to tweet out she injured herself running in 7-inch Christian Louboutins.

"When something good would happen for me, he would beat me down to let me know he was in charge," she wrote in her declaration.

The pop star also revealed that her estranged husband forced her to participate in threesomes and threatened to release the videos of the acts to ruin her career.

Brown also claimed that Belafonte impregnated their nanny and told Brown that he wanted the woman to keep the baby and "all three of us live together." She added that Belafonte ultimately forced the woman to get an abortion and used Brown's money to pay the fees.

This comes just weeks after Brown filed for divorce from Belafonte, requesting a joint legal and physical custody of their daughter, Madison.
