Finally, Melanie 'Mel' Brown has got her nanny to be away from her life. Well, at least for five years.

According to TMZ, Mel B's restraining order against the nanny she claimed had an affair with her estranged husband, Stephen Belafonte, will remain in place, a Los Angeles judge ruled on Wednesday.

The order will reportedly remain in effect for five years.

Earlier, a judge ordered Lorraine Gilles to remain 100 yards away from Brown and to not remove any property from a storage locker she claimed was under Gilles' name.

The former Spice girl also claimed that the storage locker contained sex tapes that featured Brown and some photos of Gilles and Belafonte, among some other photos.

Last month, a Los Angeles judge ruled late last month that Brown's restraining order against Belafonte would remain in place until the end of their divorce hearing, following Brown's allegations that he beat, threatened and exploited her during their nearly ten-year-long marriage.

Earlier this month, Gilles had sued Mel B for defamation, who claims that she carried on a seven-year sexual relationship with Brown.
