According to News.com.au, Bajc said that the passengers' family members do not believe that the government is using proper evaluative techniques to look into the data, adding that it has been 45 days and still they remain on the same position as they were on the first day.

Bajc said that the family members do not know anything for sure, adding that they want to go back and start over again, but with new people looking at the information.

Bajc reportedly sent an email to the media on behalf of the united families of MH370, in which she detailed their complaints and concerns.

Apart from the grievances of the family member's, Bajc's email also said that the until the government has proved, they have an obliged to make regular pre-payments to the families in need.

The email also said that the government has an obligation to exert themselves beyond dozing and snickering in resolving this case, the report added.
