Miami Prosecutors have full confidence that they will be able to nail Justin Bieber despite some loop holes in their case.
The first loop hole in the case was that the Miami Beach police claimed that the 19-year-old singer reeked of booze, even though his blood alcohol level was a negligible .014.
According to sources connected to the case, prosecutors have said that the officer who made the observation is one of the most authoritative people in the area on DUI and an unimpeachable witness, TMZ reported.
Another hole in the case is that the GPS in Bieber's car showed that he was driving at a speed of only 27 MPH and not drag racing like alleged.
However, sources added that the prosecutors have refused to buy the GPS read out and will use their own GPS which they believe will show a higher rate of speed.
