Turns out, the legendary King of Pop Michael Jackson wanted the license to kill as he wished to play the role of fictional British spy- James Bond.
According to Page Six, a longtime Hollywood agent Michael Ovitz in his new memoir 'Who is Michael Ovitz?' recalled a meeting with Jackson where the latter revealed his wish to play the iconic role.
He mentioned that one day when the 'Billie Jean' star started pitching his interest his hat fell into the "guacamole in front of him". In a rather comic turn of events, Ovitz in the memoir pointed out that a piece of Guacamole which got stuck onto his hat fell off again further into the conversation.
It is here when Ovitz cracked into laughter, and Jackson left abruptly in the middle of the conversation.
Post this, Ovitz had to make him calm down and clearly stated that the 'Smooth Criminal' star that due to his thin physique the role of the spy wasn't tailor-made for him.
Despite not getting to play the iconic role, Jackson got to play a cameo role of a spy in the iconic Hollywood sci-fi movie 'Men in Black 2'.
