Michael Jai White and Tyson Beckford are in talks to star in the upcoming urban male stripper film 'Chocolate City'.
According to the Deadline.com, the film will be written and helmed by 'Gang of Roses' director Jean-Claude LaMarre, who will also produce the project via his Nulite banner alongside Gabriel Casseus, Robert Aaronson and Rozina Negusei of Zanar Entertainment.
LaMarr said that the movie was in development for 2 1/2 years, but seemed more appropriate for the African-American female audience after 'Magic Mike'.
The story follows a college student who's trying to make ends meet and is convinced by the owner of a male strip club to perform.
The project will start filming in Los Angeles in June 2014.
