Michael Jordan's baby mama Pamela Smith lied about the NBA star fathering her child to cash in on his fame, it has been revealed.
Finally on July 19th a judge hammered Smith said that she had failed to mention that paternity was established way back in 2003 and that Jordan was not the father, TMZ.com reported.
Branding Pamela's claim bogus and a big publicity stunt as she hired a publicist before even getting a lawyer to drag Jordan into the paternity suit, the judge ordered Pamela to pay Jordan's legal bills of 9,704.13 dollars.
Pamela Smith had filed a paternity suit against Jordan, claiming he was the father of her 17-year-old kid. She demanded a DNA test, full custody and child support.
