Michael Phelps has finally moved out of rehab and reportedly back with his on-off beauty queen girlfriend Nicole Johnson.
The Olympic swimmer champ spent his Thanksgiving with family members and his gal-pal Johnson, TMZ.com reported.
According to Johnson, she and Phelps were officially back together and even had a movie date night recently.
The 29-year-old swimmer ace and Johnson have on an on-off relationship since 2007.
