Michelle Obama recently put down the feud talks between her family and the Clintons by calling them "good people" during a recent private Park Avenue meeting.

According to a source, the "charming" first lady, 50, who compared the Clintons to be as good as the Bush family, made the statement in reference to Edward Klein's bestseller book, which claims that the two political families can't stand each other with the Obamas even nicknaming Hillary Clinton as "Hildebeest", News.com.au reported.

The US President's wife was talking about some of the major concerns to the lift funds for the DNC, with 20 democratic donors, who reportedly paid 10,000 dollars for lunch and the "roundtable" talk with her, which was held at the home of Evercore Partners' Charles Myers.

The event included guests like Broadway producer Paul Boskind, actor Jonathan Groff, journalist Stephen Henderson, Richard Farley from Paul Hastings and philanthropist Jean Shafiroff.
