Carl, who hails from Brighton, has three pictures of the 20-year-old star's face on his body, the Mirror reported.
He also credits Sinead O'Connor's sparring partner face with getting him through a painful divorce.
On his twitter profile Carl posted that Miley mentioned him on Germany Kiss FM youtube 2013.
