The 23-year-old singer and the 25-year-old actor, who spent the past few days in Byron Bay with actor's family, were seen cuddling and kissing each other, News.com.au reports.
The duo, accompanied by 'The Hunger Games' actor's brother Chris and Luke and their wives, Elsa Pataky and Samantha, spent about half an hour in the packed VIP area, enjoying and drinking with a group of friends.
Miley and Hemsworth, who started dating when they met on the set of their film 'The Last Song', got engaged but called off their relationship more than a year ago.
