Miley Cyrus, who is known for her revealing outfits and scandalous dance moves, has submitted her short pornography film 'Tongue Tied' NYC Porn Film Festival.
The 22-year-old singer's short movie submission does not include any sex but the singer writhes around in her underwear keeping her nipples covered, the New York Times reported.
Cyrus dons a blindfold, has her legs constrained by straps and is tied to a chair with only black tape covering her nipples.
Festival founder Simon Leahy said that it is a pop take on S and M and it is starting to become more of a contemporary artist.
The video was released online in May, 2014 and Cyrus used it during her shows on her Bangerz Tour last year.
