All the ten attackers, involved in the explosions which occurred near the Afghan's Ministry of Interior (MoI) in Kabul, were eliminated on Wednesday.
Earlier today, explosions rocked the new building of Afghan's MoI on the airport road.
Following the explosion, a cross-firing took place between the police personnel and militants in which a policeman was injured, as reported by the Sputnik.
The attackers used a SUV vehicle and had disguised themselves in military uniforms in a bid to carry out a deadly attack on the ministry compound, said the Ministry of Interior (MoI) official.
According to TOLO News, Afghan's MoI moved to the new building last year - a building which is close to main military bases including the Ministry of Defense and the National Directorate of Security (NDS) as well as the Hamid Karzai International Airport.
No group or individual has claimed the responsibility for the attack as yet.
