British Prime Minister David Cameron, who earns 142,500 pounds a year, claimed seven pence on expenses for a bulldog clip.

The millionaire PM also charged taxpayers 26p for 'banner bar tags' and 38p for a staple remover, the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority said.

According to the Mirror, the latest figures by the authority show Cameron has filed 72 expenses claims totalling 1,790.08 pounds since the financial year started last April.

The expenses include the cost of a landline phone at his constituency office, 577 pounds in insurance premiums plus food and travel costs for work-experience interns.

But the bulldog clip takes the biscuit because it costs FOUR TIMES more than its value just to process Cameron's claim.
