Miniature artiste paints national leaders on mangoes

On the occasion of the 69th Republic Day, a Coimbatore-based miniature artiste, Raja, has painted images of leaders like Mahatma Gandhi, Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose and Bhagat Singh on mangoes.

Speaking to ANI, Raja said, "It took me two days to paint the images of the freedom fighters and leaders on the fruits".

Republic Day is celebrated with lot of joy and frivolous across the country.

On a similar note, internationally acclaimed sand artist Manas Sahoo has built a sand sculpture on the sea-beach of Puri.

Sahoo has inscribed, in an artistic way, the famous Lal Kila, India Gate, and many other famous architectures of India.

 

'Happy Republic Day: Long Live Democracy' - is the message which he has given through this sand art.
