It seems that the myth regarding the classic 16-bit title 'Sonic the Hedgehog 3' has got some confirmation.
A new feature has brought to the light the real story of the making of Sonic's soundtrack and the secret contribution made by himself, reports the Independent.
There has been long-drawn debate over blogs and forums about the music for the blue mascot were secretly composed by the pop star.
Though 'Sonic the Hedgehog' fans have long been studying and dissecting the similarities between 'Man in the Mirror' singer's music and the tunes featured in the 1994 game 'Sonic the Hedgehog 3'; it appears as if all their conspiracy theory dreams may have finally come to fruition.
Six composers are officially credited on the game, which was developed in a secure location in California's Silicon Valley: Brad Buxer, Bobby Brooks, Doug Grigsby III, Darryl Ross, Geoff Grace, and Cirocco Jones.
One of these composers, Brad Buxer, claims Michael wanted his name removed due to his dissatisfaction with the sound quality when the tunes were compressed to fit in the game cartridge's limited memory.
