Aspiring model Nicole Forni has indicted lensman Joshua Resnick for breaching the contract and uploading her provocative pictures on porn sites without her permission.
The 23-year-old aspiring model asserted that she had signed a legal document with Resnick for lingerie shoot, but she unwittingly became the face of porn when Resnick used her pictures for escort services and porn sites, the New York Post reported.
Resnick apparently breached the contract and used it in indecent and obscene manner and therefore the model is now asking for all the pictures to be taken down and is seeking 'under five figures' from Resnick.
Forni's lawyer Michael O'Shea said that the images taken at Resnick's studio were all "Victoria's Secret-type" and modeling is all about promoting oneself with a certain amount of respect, but there was a certain level of dignity that people lived with, and the photographer had violated that dignity and trust for a few bucks.
