External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid on Sunday said Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi has no vision for India, and added that he seeks to find flaws in the governance system of Congress.

"Modi has still not told how he plans to build India. He sees faults in our work but he has never mentioned how he plans to work for India. He has never even told straight if he plans to build the nation as Gujarat," said Khurshid.

He also ridiculed the Gujarat development model often cited by Modi to claim a promising change in India if the party is voted to power.

"We have not accepted the Gujarat model. We don't accept its economic system because it has never been established in the practical sense. And we have also rejected the administrative system of Gujarat long back," he said.
