Monica Lewinsky is neither in talks nor she is planning to join 'The View.'
Online reports had claimed that the former White House intern was going to "save" the ABC daytime show by appearing as a guest or a co-host, however, her spokesperson told the New York Post that though the 41-year-old designer had been invited as guest several times in the past few years, she hadn't gone on the show.
The rep added that despite several approaches by media and TV outlets, Lewinsky was not currently in talks about an appearance on "The View," which has been facing trouble lately.
The show had had a dramatic series of cast changes including Rosie O'Donnell's departure.
It was reported that creator Barbara Walters had reached out to ABC News brass about bringing Lewinsky on board, for her presence could make "The View" "competitive and compelling."
Lewinsky is said to be continuing with her campaign against online bullying and social media shaming.
