The American country singer Eddie Montgomery's 19-year-old son Hunter has tragically died in an accident.
The Montgomery Gentry member shared that the accident left his youngest child on life support in a Kentucky hospital, E! Online reported.
The 51-year-old singer said in a statement "My son Hunter went to heaven today. I appreciate all your prayers and love and thank you for giving us privacy as we grieve and say goodbye."
No further details on the nature of the fatal accident were given.
Hunter got engaged to his girlfriend in August during one of his dad's concert.
