Chelsea football team boss Jose Mourinho is of the opinion that there is a campaign to influence referees' decisions against his squad following their draw against Southampton.
Mourinho was angry at referee Anthony Taylor for not awarding a penalty during Chelsea's 1-1 draw at Southampton after midfielder Cesc Fabregas was booked for diving after going down in the area under Matt Targett's challenge.
Mourinho said that the media, commentators, other managers are all putting pressure on referees, the BBC reported.
In his news conference later, Mourinho added that there is a campaign against Chelsea, adding that he doesn't know why there is this campaign and he does not care.
Mourinho claimed that everybody knows it was a penalty, adding that the referee made a big mistake. He said that Taylor is a good referee and a good guy, adding that he is young, he has years and years of football ahead of him but claimed that it is a big mistake.
Referee Taylor deemed Fabregas to have taken a dive under pressure from Targett, but there appeared to be contact from the 19-year-old fullback.

Fabregas, who protested against the decision, said that there was definitely contact, claiming that the referee didn't have the best game of his life and he doesn't believe he would sleep that well, as he had an awful game.
Meanwhile, Mourinho added that recent pressure from managers on referees in the media led to Chelsea not being awarded a penalty shortly after the break at St Mary's Stadium.
