As new Manchester United manager David Moyes prepares to take up a massive challenge of starting the new season after replacing Alex Ferguson as boss, the Glaswegian has said that the fear of failure would be his driving force in leading the team towards glory.
According to The Sun, Moyes said that there has to be an element of fear that comes with managing a club like Manchester United and that was what kept one working, focused and helps one try not to take eyes off the ball.
The report said that at the same time, the former Everton boss is convinced that the step up into the Old Trafford hot seat is one he could handle, and that he felt it is the right job for him at the right time.
Moyes also said that anyone who took over this job would have doubt and although he was not saying that it was all going to be right, he felt comfortable in his position.
