Manchester United manager David Moyes has said that he is hoping that teenage winger Adnan Januzaj stays on at Old Trafford.

18-year-old Januzaj has given impressive performances during his cameos this season and is being tracked by Premier League rivals Manchester City and Italian side Juventus, the Mirror reports.

However, Moyes said that he wants to agree on a new deal for the Belgian player despite the 'outside influences' surrounding him, adding that the next step for Januzaj is to become a regular first team player.

Stating that the club thinks an 'awful lot' of Januzaj, Moyes also said that he believes that United is the best place for producing and giving young players an opportunity, adding that it is a part of his agenda to promote young players like he has done with Januzaj.
