Manchester United manager David Moyes has said that beating Liverpool in the Capital One Cup was a big relief as it was a big game for the side after losing to Manchester City in an embarrassing 4-1 defeat recently.
According to the Mirror, Luis Suarez made his return for Liverpool after a 10-match bite ban, but it was Javier Hernandez who proved the match-winner.
Moyes said that after losing at Anfield a few weeks ago and at the Etihad on Sunday, the team wanted to put it right, adding that what was important was that the whole club showed how they were hurt by that game on the weekend.
The manager said that he would sort it and turn it around, adding that he had no doubt about it.
