MQM party chief says Taliban and Pakistan can't coexist

Pakistan's Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain has said the Taliban and Pakistan are opposite to each other and cannot co-exist.

Hussian also said the Taliban's dominance and occupation will jeopardize Pakistan's security and existence.

According to the Nation, addressing party workers and leaders at Nine Zero, he said MQM's leaders and offices were targeted by the Taliban over the last several years for their fight for truthfulness.

He said either enlightened people would live in Pakistan or the Taliban, as both can't coexist, the report added.
