Barcelona produced a dominant performance on Thursday as forwards Lionel Messi, Luiz Suarez and Neymar took their combined season tally to more than 300 goals during their 3-1 rout of Athletic Bilbao in the second leg of the Copa del Rey last-16 showdown here at the Camp Nou.
The Luis Enrique-led side, who also won the first leg by 3-1, completed a 4-3 aggregate win after the second leg to storm into the quarter-finals of the tournament.
Suarez volleyed his 100th goal for the club to put Barcelona ahead in the 35th minute of the match before Neymar converted a penalty corner just three minutes after the half-time to double his side's lead.
Athletic soon answered back in the 51st minute thanks to Enric Saborit's header goal, goal.com reported.
However, Messi showed off his fantastic free kick skill by sending the ball to the far post to ensure his side seal a last-eight spot.
