Britain number one Andy Murray believes he is in better position now than he was when he won the Wimbledon title in 2013.

Murray bagged a record-equalling fourth Queen's Club title after crushing big-serving Kevin Anderson of South Africa 6-3, 6-4 in Sunday's final.

This was Murray's third ATP title of 2015 after his victories on clay in Madrid and Munich.

Reflecting on his win, Murray said that he played better as the week went on, insisting that he had to come up with some great shots to win the game, Sport24 reported.

The world number three maintained that it is important to head into Wimbledon with grass matches under belt, and believes he is playing better than he did in 2013.

Earlier in the day, Murray had also wrapped-up a rain-delayed semi-final by defeating Viktor Troicki 6-3, 7-6 (7-4).
