Slain Kunda Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Zia-ul-Haq's wife Parveen Azad on Thursday dismissed the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) report that gave a clean chit to former Uttar Pradesh Minister Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiya, and said that she will fight till her husband's killers are put behind bars.

"I don't agree with the report of the CBI. We will move to the court against this. I have faith in the Court and I will fight till the killers of my husband are behind the bars," she told media here today.

"I am still trying to get the report of the CBI and I will get it in a couple of days. After that we will move to the court," she added.

Azad further said that she was not scared of Raja Bhaiya and she will go to any extent to fight for justice.

"I am not scared of Raja Bhaiya. Let him do what he wants and I will see him in court. I want justice and I will continue to fight till I get justice," she said.

The CBI has given a clean chit to Raja Bhaiya on Thursday in connection with the murder of Kunda Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Zia-ul-Haq.

The CBI earlier in the day filed a "technical" closure report in a Lucknow Court, in the FIR filed by Haq's wife Parveen Azad in which she had accused Raja Bhaiya of conspiring to murder the officer.

Raja Bhaiya resigned from the Uttar Pradesh Cabinet after the wife of Zia-ul-Haq alleged that he was responsible for the murder of her husband. He was then the state"s food and civil supplies minister.

Haq was shot dead on March 2 in Balipur village in Kunda area of Pratapgarh district where he had gone to probe murder of village head Nanhe Yadav.
